You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, share, or republish any content without prior written permission. Paid course materials and program content are for individual use only and may not be shared, recorded, or redistributed.
All services, courses, coaching, and educational materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Dog training outcomes vary significantly based on factors including the individual dog, handler consistency, environment, and application of training. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or that any dog will successfully become or perform as a service dog or meet public access standards.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your dog’s training, behavior, and management, as well as your own decisions and actions. You agree to use your best judgment and prioritize safety at all times when working with your dog.
We do not provide medical, mental health, or legal advice. Nothing on this website or within our programs should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical care, mental health services, veterinary advice, or legal guidance. By using this website and participating in any services, you agree that Cooperative Paws is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of our content, training methods, or recommendations. All use of information is at your own risk.
All purchases of courses and digital products are final and non-refundable. Due to immediate access to digital materials, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. Coaching and consultation appointments require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be forfeited without refund. Application fees for programs and certification, including SDC, are non-refundable, and program fees are final and non-refundable. Additional terms and agreements are provided during the application and enrollment process and must be accepted prior to participation. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in contradiction to this policy.
We may use third-party services to operate this website and deliver our products, including payment processors, course platforms, and email providers. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms & Conditions consolidate our previous course and program policies. For purchases or agreements made prior to the effective date of this version, the terms in effect at the time of purchase still apply.
