Payment Plan - Cooperative Paws

Please do not submit the payment plan agreement until after you have submitted your application.

How it works: The tuition is paid for in 3 payments. The first payment is $1650 (USD) and the second and third are $800 each. The payment plan total includes the tuition and an additional $150 administrative fee.

Students who choose the payment plan receive access to a set of course lessons and quizzes after each payment is received.

The first payment is due 5 business days after acceptance in the program (no later than one week before the course starts) and reserves your space in the course. The remaining two payments are processed 3 and 7 weeks after the course starts. Refer to the payment plan agreement below for details.

Payment Schedule and Policies: The tuition for the Service Dog Coaching program is $3,100 USD plus a $150 administrative fee. The program is paid in three installments:

First payment: $1,650 USD, due within 5 business days after acceptance into the program (secures your spot).
Second payment: $800 USD, processed 3 weeks after the course start date.
Third payment: $800 USD, processed 7 weeks after the course start date.

All payments are non-refundable, regardless of course completion or any other circumstances.

Payment Processing:
Payments will be processed using the credit card provided at enrollment. The card must remain valid throughout the payment plan duration. If the credit card provided is set to expire during the course, a second credit card will be required.

Course Access:
You will receive access to course materials and lessons after each payment is made.

Missed Payments:
If a payment is not successfully processed, you will have seven days to update payment information or manually completing the payment. Failure to resolve the payment issue within 7 days will result in disenrollment from the program and loss of access to all course materials.
