What support is available for students?

There is extensive support within the course, including numerous training demonstrations, handouts, and articles. Students also have the opportunity to resubmit projects, unlimited email access to the instructor, and the opportunity to submit extra training videos for troubleshooting feedback. Most students find this support sufficient – over 85% of our students pass and become certified SDCs. We also have trusted tutors we can refer students to outside the course if they want additional support.
